Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage insurance aging by meeting the set accuracy standards.
- Ensure the process outcomes, including claim-paid rates and insurance aging benchmarks, are achieved.
- Maintain the master AR file and provide weekly progress reports and AR summaries.
- Meet the set SLAs for resolving the aged AR, including denial resolution and appeals.
- Generate self-QA reports and improvement suggestions for billing optimization based on daily work completion.
- Enforce HIPAA compliance and other regulatory standards at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2–3 years of RCM experience in a similar role.
- Degree or Diploma in General Management, Healthcare or related field.
- Proven expertise in handling the account receivables (AR) process.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with a good command of the English language.
- Passion to collaborate with fellow team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
